How long does onboarding take?

Most firms are up and running within 10 minutes. We also offer a white-glove onboarding call where we help you upload your first batch of documents and train your team.

Do you support scanned PDFs?

Yes. We run OCR on scanned documents automatically. Quality of results depends on scan quality, but standard scanned PDFs work well.

Is our data safe?

Your documents are stored in an isolated environment — never shared with other firms. We never use your data to train AI models. Our full Data Processing Agreement is publicly available at lexvault.legal/dpa — no request needed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel any time. If you cancel, your account and all data are deleted within 30 days.

Can I migrate documents from Clio or other systems?

Yes — we support bulk uploads from any source. We'll help you with migration during onboarding at no extra cost.
